Safety is of utmost importance at all times. Diggerland USA has always been and remains committed to guest safety, on rides and throughout our park, and the safety of our employees. Our action plan for the current COVID-19 public health emergency includes:

 

  • Additional cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces
  • Contactless admissions and payment options
  • Hand hygiene facilities
  • Social distancing markings and guides
  • Park signage and in-park broadcast instructions and directions
  • Other measures and procedures implemented in accordance with requirements and guidelines including those issued by applicable state and county governmental authorities, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and amusement park industry association guidelines.

Please remember: Safety is a Shared Responsibility.  We ask our guests (and we instruct our employees) to be aware of all necessary COVID‑19 social distancing practices and hygienic practices and precautions, including facial covering, and cough and sneeze hygiene etiquette. 

We request that anyone presenting COVID‑19 symptoms, and anyone who within the last 14 days either tested positive for COVID-19 or may have been (or believes that they may have been) exposed to COVID‑19, refrain from entering park premises.

Facial coverings are required when:

  • entering the park (including parking lots and admissions areas).
  • in the park, in all outdoor areas, as well as in all indoor spaces (gift shop, enclosed pavilion, restrooms and changing rooms).
  • on or about rides and attractions with others (including park employees). **
  • when not practicable to socially (6-foot) distance from others. **
  • when social distancing cannot be maintained or is not being practiced in your immediate area. **

    SOCIAL DISTANCING

    State law presently requires guests to practice social distancing. Stay at least six feet apart, whenever possible, from others excluding immediate family members, caretakers, household members, or romantic partners. Families of one household must maintain six-foot social distancing from family members of another household as well as all other guests and employees. Please refer to social distancing markings and guides for reference.

    Please be aware of all COVID‑19 hygiene practices and precautions, including cough and sneeze hygiene etiquette and hand hygiene practices.  Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the inside of your elbow.  Discard used tissues in no-touch trash disposal receptacles.  Wash hands regularly and often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after visiting the restrooms or changing room, before and after eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.  Supervise young children.  Avoiding touching eyes, nose, and mouth.  COVID‑19 hygiene practices must be followed throughout the park including in and about the pools and pool deck.

    Our point-of-sale stations also offer chip card readers for contactless payment.  Contactless payment is recommended for use throughout the park.

    Our admission and point-of-sale personnel are stationed behind Lexan (polycarbonate) sheeting.

    Unused tickets DO NOT expire. If you cannot make your date they will be honored at a future date..

    MEMBERSHIPS OR SEASON PASS RESERVATIONS

    If you are a season pass holder or member, please make a reservation here. You will not be charged for a reservation. You will receive a receipt to bring on your scheduled day.

    Unused memberships or season passes do not start until your first visit.

    HELPFUL INFORMATION

    Will memberships and season passes be extended because of the State-mandated closure?

    Yes.  Active 365-day memberships are extended by 102 days (the duration of our State-mandated closure). All season passes that had a December 31, 2020 expiration date are extended to June 30, 2021.

    Are you offering food and beverages?

    Yes.  State law presently permits us to sell food and beverages for outdoor consumption.  We have several dining and snack locations throughout the park.  Please see Diggerland Park Dining.

    We have two open-air pavilions, with tables and bench seating, and other seats.  State law presently prohibits indoor consumption. 

     

    Do I need a reservation for general admission?

    Tickets can be purchased for a specific reservation date HERE

    Advance purchases of tickets for a specific date are recommended.

    Tickets that were purchased for a specific date, but not used on that date, remain valid until used.  Tickets that were purchased for a past date or without a specific date remain valid until used.  Please visit our reservations page HERE to check availability and to schedule your reservation date.

    Holders of hard stock (thin cardboard) tickets should email info@diggerlandusa.com to request and schedule a reservation date.

    We have reserved a limited capacity for walk-up (unreserved) ticket sales.  Some days may have no walk-up (unreserved) capacity at the time you arrive.  The capacity for walk-up (unreserved) tickets, if any, fluctuates daily based on that day’s reserved capacity for Season Pass Holders/Members, day-ticket reservations and expected reservations, our experience and expectations, and other factors in our discretion.

    Do Season Pass Holders/Members need to make a reservation?
