DIGGERLAND GIFT SHOPRETAIL FAQ

All online retail orders come directly from the theme park. They are almost always packaged and shipped from our on-site gift shop by Yan Girlya, the company President! He realizes most gift shop purchases are gifts, so he always tries to include a Diggerland USA map or related print material for each order.
GIFT SHOP POLICY
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated during check out. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed, packaged, and put into transit. When your products are shipped, you will receive an email update that includes tracking information.
Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed.
Sizes
If you find that you have purchased the incorrect size for a clothing item, you can exchange your merchandise at the Diggerland Retail Store in person for the same item in another size, pending availability. Please email our team at the contact details above for more information.
