Online Retail FAQ


  • Shipping costs are calculated during check out. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed, packaged, and put into transit. When your products are shipped, you will receive an email update that includes tracking information.
  • Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed.

  • If you find that you have purchased the incorrect size for a clothing item you can exchange your merchandise at the Diggerland Retail Store in person for the same item in another size, pending availability. Please email our team at the contact details above for more information.

Fun Facts

  • All online retail orders come directly from the theme park. They are almost always packaged and shipped from our on-site gift shop by the company President, Yan Girlya!
  • As we know many retail items are given as gifts, Yan includes a Diggerland USA park brochure and map in each order that is sent out.
